Apprenticeships: engineering matters
6)Banana slices covered in Peanut Butter.
In the dining room!(The darker grey/brown in the hallway next to the dining room is Sherwin Williams Library Pewter.
I absolutely love this color too, but it’s way too dark for our house so I want to add a little bit of Zeppelin action to that hall as well at some point.).That’s Zeppelin again on the walls, and the slightly deeper color on the cabinets is a KraftMaid Cabinetry color called Greyloft..In Kennedy’s Room!.
The blue that I used for all of the blue painted accents in this room and the blue wall as well is another CIL color called Sky High Blue..I have to admit that I’m not really a big turquoise fan, but this particular shade is the perfect mix of sky blue and turquoise and I love how fresh and clean it feels.. Before I discovered Zeppelin, I tried a few other neutral colors around the house.
Although I really do kind of want to paint these rooms in Zeppelin as well, I get a lot people asking me for these other paint colors, and I have to admit that these colors really are very easy to live with and easy with decorate with too!.
In the master bedroom we have Martha Stewart’s Whetstone Grey.. …And in Jack’s room we have Martha Stewart’s Sisal..Of course, we’re in full-on “get ready for baby” mode around here so we picked up this Moses basket and stand recently.
That will be getting a little DIY makeover soon to make it a little more boyish too.Stay tuned for that.
I hope I can pull it off!.Great progress overall, but still so many little things on the to-do list!.
